I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and attractively furnished. I especially enjoyed the Red Level lounge and its benefits. While my room was just below the breakfast facilities, it was lovely, catering very well for everyone. The pull-down service with petals on the floor, chocolates on the pillow, and impeccable service by Maria and her colleagues in Chamber Maid service truly made my stay special.
